About 5–6 years ago , I used to watch many videos about success, becoming rich, and the habits of successful people. Most of those videos talked about things like discipline, mindset, and daily routines. But one habit that I noticed almost every successful person had in common was exercise . That made me think. I also wanted to join a gym and get fit since childhood. But at that time my parents did not allow it, so I decided that I would join a gym after I started earning money . Then one day I learned a simple idea — set small weekly goals and review them every week . So I decided to test this method for a month and see if it actually works. Here is what happened. Week 1: Writing My Routine In the first week, I wrote down my entire daily routine from wake-up time to sleep time .
